S3xy_B1tch 0 Posted November 14, 2001 Please help me! I cannot get games to run through XP. The OS itself is very stable, but when I try to run games, it will crash back to the desktop. Windows error reports ask me if I want to send information about my Nvidia card to Microsoft. Could this be my video drivers? What are the most stable video drivers? Should I have to run my game sin compatibility mode? Chekc out my PC and please help me. Email me. Thanks. ========== My PC: ========== Windows XP Professional AMD Athlon 1.4 TBird w/ Dragon Orb 3 Abit KG7-RAID mobo Full Tower w/ 400 watt PS & 10 Fans Visiontek Geforce3 AGP 64 DDR Plextor 12/10/32a CDRW Toshiba 16/40 DVD-Rom (4) 30 GB Hard Drives ATA100 7200 Rpm (2) 512 MB PC2100 DDR RAM SB Audigy Platinum EX NetGear FA311 NIC Toshiba Cable Modem Netgear Gateway Router w/ Switch Share this post Link to post
giovanni604 0 Posted November 14, 2001 best driver to use is the 21.85 they have it on visiontek.com or the best certified driver is 21.83 only known problem i know of is all games have joystick support built in know if you installed your controller ( example Gravis doesnt have XP drivers yet ) now if you connected it and windows XP claims they have installed drivers and you go in the contol panel and its working it really isnt........... without the proper drivers and it causes games not to start-up Share this post Link to post
