Installing LiveWare3

Hi, I could install LiveWare3. It's how I installed.

 

?iUninstalling driver?j

1 delete wdma10k1.inf and wdam10k1.pnf from winnt\inf

 

2 uninstall sound, video and game controllers\creative sb live!(wdm)

from device manager (don't uninstall game port for creative sb live!?j

and restart

 

 

?iInstalling LiveWare3?j

1 chose installing sound, video and game controllers using PnP or

"add/remove hardware", and use audio\english\nt4drv\ntupdreg.inf

 

2 after restarting, execute setup.exe in audio??english\setup,

and install audioHQ and other applications

 

3 after restarting, check "do not map through this device" checkbox

(this checkbox is in control panel\sounds and multimedia\hardware\creative sb live!\properties\audio devices\creative sb live!)

and restart (if your systemtray is freezing, shutdown or ending process ofexplorer using ctrl+alt+delete key)

Are you getting EAX sound in games? Any problems in any games?

I don't have NT playable games use EAX sound,

If you know game demo (downloadable from web)

that uses EAX, please tell me. I will check it.
