Going from Dualbooting 2000/98se to xp/2000

Well I need to know what I need to do to get rid of 98se! I want to learn a bit of xp so I want to have it takes its place what files do I need to delete or install to get 98se out and xp in without any conflicts!

I'm not sure about the home version of XP. It might be a little easier to learn how to use NT than win2k professional.
