I have had the same kinda problems, my wacom penparter worked fine in 2072 and 2114 but as soon as installed rc2 it now will not detect it =( The resources in my bios are the same as assigned to my com ports but it just don't get recognized when i attempt to install the drivers.

I've tried both, it doesn't work under plug & play OS or non plug and play OS. One thing i noticed is that win2k does notice my tablet on the com port in device manager but the driver isntallation doesn't detect it.

I had similar problems, my board ASUS P2B-F needed a bios revision, now 1010, which cured com port problem. Word tonite from Windrivers.com, that 1011 is now posted on ASUS' German website. Check out a Bios revision, I think this will cure your problem.

Well considering I have an ABIT BP6 I'll hold off on the Asus bios upgrade =) But I will look into an ABIT bios upgrade.
