New powervcr II patch out for xp.. can anyone get it?

I know a lot of you people have tv cards and to me... Powervcr II is the best program out there for recording and watching shows. There were a few glitches in there version that came out in july in xp. Hopefully these are fixed. The problem I am having is i can't seem to get the file. Has anyone else gotten it? Yes dougmach I have try them all I think WinDVR is tab bit better
