Rhombus VS SDRAM

This is kinda off topic but i was wondering if there is a huge difference between Rhombus Ram & SDRAM (besides the price) also if you have a comp with sd ram can you replace it with rhombus in the future? thankx

Well, a rhombus is a geometric shape with four sides, and every side is the same length.....

 

 

You mean Rambus, of course.... here's an article you can look into: SDRAM vs. RDRAM. And no, you can't just switch between them, because your motherboard will only support one or the other.

It is possible with DDR SDRAM and SDR SDRAM, but that's only on a few mobo's.
