xp dude 0 Posted December 29, 2001 I just upgraded to XP Pro and am now experiencing screen flickering. I was using XP Home and did not experience this problem. I did a clean install. XP Pro automatically loads the 3DFX Interactive Banshee video driver for my Quantum 3D Raven video card. If I switch to the Quantum driver, the flickering seems worse. If I keep the 3DFX Banshee driver, I experience infrequent lockups and XP reports the Banshee driver as culprit. I'm scared to try any games with the videocard not up to par. What can I do to stop the screen flicker? It seems worse when in WinExplorer burning CD's or installing programs. Is there another driver I can try? I have the latest AGP driver for my board, but it doesn't seem to help. Share this post Link to post
