can't stop explorer checking floppy drive

every time i open 'my computer' it checks if there's a disk in the floppy drive. it only started doing it the other day but i cant think what i've done to make it happen. anyone know how to make it stop?

Remove mark near "Folders" in View, Explorer Bars. Apply to All Folders through Tools, Folder Options, View.
