Andrew 0 Posted January 7, 2002 This is extremely irritating. Often when I try to install new programs, Rundll is trying to access the net, and Norton pops up with that stupid message. Well, I am not stupid (Which Microsoft obviously thinks), and do not need all that automatic Crap. How do I disable this service ?? Andrew Share this post Link to post
XPletive 0 Posted January 8, 2002 I had/have the same problem, but I'm running ZoneAlarm, so I set it to 'never allow rundll32 to access the internet' and now I don't get bothered any more. Can you do the same with Norton? Share this post Link to post
