Bishamon 0 Posted January 16, 2002 In short, I lost my serial for Windows2000 OEM-version. The key was on the manual which is nowhere to be found...What can I do? Call Microsoft? Can they help me with my problem, especially when it's an OEM-version? Get somebody else's cd-key? But isn't it cd-specific? Find it in the registry? I've only found the product id, which isn't the same as the serial... Before you all start shouting <nasty W-word> let me tell you I'm using a legit version of w2k, so I have the nice shiny hologrammy disc and the proper licence (which is lost though ).
