mabuhay 0 Posted January 17, 2002 Using WinNT 4 Server; recently started getting message "Insufficient system resources" when I open User Manager. If I reboot the server, it goes away for a few days, but then comes back again. It's got plenty of memory, hard drive, etc. Performance monitor shows only about 20% usage when this problem occurs.
