MistyRuiz 0 Posted January 18, 2002 Im trying to install ATI Multimedia Center 7.2 (Download here) on a fresh XP Pro with ATI All-In-Wonder 128Pro card. Install procedure indicate to be sure to UNINSTALL any previous version of the ATI Multimedia Center prior to installing this version. Well, I have no version installed, but 7.2 install reports it have found a previous version installed, and ask me to go to "Add/Remove Software" Control Panel to uninstall it. There is no software on this panel. any helpful idea? TIA MistyRuiz Share this post Link to post
Mr.Guvernment 0 Posted January 19, 2002 I would say be sure to do a search for anything ati*, also, look under your c drive for a folder labeled ati something.. I have the ati all in wonder 128, not the pro, and it worked, HOWEVER, the T.V tuner i beleive is not supported under XP. BUT if you use the windows 2000 drivers, and such it works fine, but you may have distored sound now and then. Share this post Link to post
MistyRuiz 0 Posted January 19, 2002 Thank you for posting The only ATI* files I have in my computer are those installed by XP and/or ATI drivers downloaded from ATI site. I include ScrShot of error: Acording to ATI, TV tuner is fully supported for RAGE 128 Pro cards, All in Wonder 128 Pro is one of them. Share this post Link to post
Shrink 0 Posted January 19, 2002 Go to www.rage3d.com and post the question in the forums there. I would also suggest downloading version 7.5 from http://www.warp2search.net/downloads/leaked/MmcDvd75.exe and use it instead. Shrink Share this post Link to post
