Palos 0 Posted February 14, 2002 I'm looking for a decent webserver for home use. I intend to build a simple website and host it using some dynamic DNS service. I run XP Home, so I cannot install IIS 5.1 that comes with XP Pro... I'm thinking about that tiny AnalogX webserver.... Can anyone point me in the right direction? Share this post Link to post
AndyFair 0 Posted February 14, 2002 Apache is free, fairly easy to configure, but can do complicated things as needed. The only down side is that to get ASPs working, you need to fork out money. Rgds AndyF Share this post Link to post
clutch 1 Posted February 14, 2002 I think that if I wasn't such an IIS addict, I would look seriously into Apache. Share this post Link to post
