TheWickerMan 0 Posted February 18, 2002 My uncle has said HP, he has the crappy POS restore cd that he doesn't want to use any more, we tryed to do a fresh install of win 2k pro and everything went fine until it restarted and the mouse pointer showed up but couldn't use it, after some finageling I got it to werk but after the next restart it went south again could this be a BIOS issue or is it there way of saying "Well, you want win 2k, buy a new machine and you will get it"????
