humpty-d 0 Posted November 5, 1999 ok...i dont have 2 cpus...so thats not the problem...i follow the instructions for installing sblive untill i try to install the setup.exe that i had to rename. Igor 0 Posted November 5, 1999 Win2k (2128 and higher) comes with drivers for Live. Noneed to do anything. That is unless u have 1024 model or later. Then u need to get drivers from: http://www.mswin2k.net/drivers.shtml Here is how I installed them (I have duel cpu though). 0. Remove all the references to the soundcard from NT 1. Installed the SMP fix for NT4 2. Installed the NT4 Drivers from CD (no sound at this point) 3. Installed the SoundBlaster Live! Native Driver from the site above. ZardoS 0 Posted November 6, 1999 Igor - I suspect you may be missing the point. Getting all the Live3 goodies working on a uni-processor Rc2 box seems problematic. I can get basic sound support OK with some messing around but I still can run setup from the downloaded Liveware3. HAngs bafore the s/w is installed. Cheers Share this post Link to post
