CalvinKlein123 0 Posted March 2, 2002 Previously I played Fifa 2002 on my windows 98 SE it ran smoothly, but when I play in Windows 2000 pro with Directx 8.1 installed it came out blank white screen then it came out an error message "DX7 Error Code:unknown (8007000e) FILE dx7\dx7dev.c,LINE 420 Already applied the NT updater using windows 98 compatibity mode but failed, anyone could tell me how to run Fifa 2002 on Windows 2000 pro easily? Micky 0 Posted March 2, 2002 Win2k Pro and dx8.1 didn't go down well on mine, i had a similar problem with fifa2002 where i just got lines running down the screen and white blank screens, this was using dx8.1, downgraded to 8.0a and everythings fine now. Also have you tried the compatibility patch, think it's on this site not sure where i downloaded it from though, try google for a win2k compatibility patch Share this post Link to post
