thymios 0 Posted March 13, 2002 The program should have its folder in the Program Files(unless you installed it somewhere else). Try locating the uninstall file there. Otherwise you will have to delete it manually, and get rid of the registry entries as well. Try to find keys like "Norman" or the name of the company whichever it is. Also don't forget to go to HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Run registry key and delete the starup file of the program(it should have an auto-monitor for viruses app).
