PaTiNsAnE 0 Posted March 26, 2002 I have a SB ensoniq audio PCI 128 sound card and its buggin me. I moved from a p3 450MHz system and a intel 440bx motherboard to an amd xp 1700+ and an asus a7a266 motherboard. When i did this my older sound card didnt want to make the switch and decided to freeze when windows tried detecting the drivers for it. The older card was an aureal vortex card. Now that i got a new card the sound is fine but i can only play one sound at one time. if im listening to music and on AOL Instant Messenger the sound from the IM will not work and vise versa with the music. I wondered if this was a driver issue but i tried to delete the old drivers and they wont go away! i dont want to format.....help! thnx Share this post Link to post
