Finding An Affordable All-in-one Printer

I am searching for a decent and affordable Windows NT 4.0 compatible all-in-one printer (print/copy/fax). Does any one have any good suggestions for a specific printer or line of printers that sell for under $250.00?

I have a Canon S600 and really like it. It is fast, great photo quality output, and seperate ink cartridges for the different colors.
