Cool Hand 0 Posted April 1, 2002 just deinstalled a program which could modify my gamma settings and now all my icons in the taskbar and programs list are on a white background instead of transparent. anyone know how I can revert it back to transparent? thanks Share this post Link to post

jrini 0 Posted April 16, 2002 M$'s TweakUI has a "Rebuild Icons" option on the "Repair" tab. If your problem is due to a bad uninstall, this will fix it. Share this post Link to post

Ali 0 Posted April 28, 2002 once i had this problem and it was solved by locking the desktop items and disabeling the web contents in active desktop. try that and see if that helps. Share this post Link to post
