You sure can. There are several models out there. Adaptec has a very nice one out. Just do a search for USB2 PCI card. Or, stop by a Best Buy/CompUSA type store.

I know the local BB's have them, several PC shops do. Umm, I haven't checked, but Newegg.com probably has them.
