remote assistance

i tried using the remote assistance feature in XP and when i click on "invite someone to help you" it says "Your current system settings prevent you from sending an invitation"

can anybody tell me where the settings are?

 

i don't have firewall and i'm using adsl.

right click on ur my computer icon, click properties, it's under the remote tab
