AndyFair 0 Posted May 13, 2002 Take a look at PStill - you can set it up so that you can print PDFs straight from Word. It's not free, but only costs $23 - which is much cheaper than Acrobat! If you don't like that, set up a PostScript printer to save to a file, then go to ps2pdf and convert it on the fly; not an option if you have a lot of files to convert though. polarcat 0 Posted May 13, 2002 There's a great free HTML to PDF convertor (you can first convert your DOC into HTML and then to PDF): http://easysw.com/htmldoc/ You might also check out the Ghostscript + GSview combination, free as well: http://ghostscript.com Share this post Link to post
Sampson 0 Posted May 13, 2002 Why stop with converting Word docs? Look into Gobeproductive. For $75.00 you get the word processor, spreadsheet, and graphics package all of which can convert MS Office documents and save them as pdf files. Read the site licence. Incredible what they permit. www.gobe.com . I don't work for these folks. You can't beat the price for what it does. Share this post Link to post
