Background Color of Applications in RH8 Gnome

Hi...

 

How can i change the background color of the different applications in gnome desktop of rh8? like the kde color preferences... i need to change the default white background of the different applications such as konqueror, ibaccess, and the likes.... because the gnome desktop lacks that feature.

 

in kde it is very easy, just go to preference then look and feel then colors...

but in gnome, i cant find that feature...

 

pls help
