HawkBoy 0 Posted June 12, 2002 I installed new agp drivers and they are REALLY screwing my pc up. How can I replace them and bring back the windows defaults? I can't find the agp drivers in any of the usual places (device manager, . . .). Any ideas? Thnx in advance Share this post Link to post
ThC 129 0 Posted June 13, 2002 It should be under the System Devices in device manager. Also check the hidden devices as well. Share this post Link to post
Alien 1 Posted June 13, 2002 If it has a VIA chipset & you use the VIA 4-in-1 drivers, simply run the install prog again, & when you get to the AGP section select Uninstall instead of Install. Share this post Link to post
sapiens74 0 Posted June 14, 2002 uninstall the current Graphics card drivers. Then uninstall any chipset drivers, regardless of chipset. Reboot. Install any chipset drivers. If VIA then 4 in 1, if INTEL then thier inf untility. If ALI or SIS, see thier websites. Then reboot. Then install your current graphics card drivers. Reboot Test. Share this post Link to post
