wingzero1285 0 Posted June 14, 2002 I have the Jamp3 MP3 player and need lots of help. the crumby software it came with is useless. All I use to do was drag and drop music to the player since the computer recognized it as a removable disk. Now that I added another 32M's to the Jamp3 player I need to format the card..... but the software (music match jukebox) won't recognize the Jamp3's internal memory The computer also recongnizes the added memory as yet another removable disk. So my problem is that I cannot format the added memory because the software sucks. If there is a way to format the added memory and to be able to add music the way I have been doing it then some one please help me........ Share this post Link to post
cb95amc 0 Posted June 14, 2002 There is a section on the Jam website which deals with the MusicMatch problem. Have a look at the link below. http://www.jamonline.com/products/jamp3_comques.asp Regards Andrew Share this post Link to post
