AOpen AW744 Pro Soundcard

Evening,

I was wondering if anyone has opinions (Good/Bad/Ugly) about the AOpen AW744 Pro soundcard with optical out.

 

I want one as the AWE 64 doesn't cut it now that I want 3D sounds.
