big_jr_75 0 Posted June 25, 2002 we have just bought a new computer that has windows xp/nt on it the sims installed and played with no promblems but everytime we try to install the expansion packs they stop at 75% or just stop installing completely. we have tryed everything possible to get these games to install we someone please help us .. thankyou Share this post Link to post
embj 0 Posted July 27, 2002 I have Windows XP with all of the Sims expansion packs except House Party. I did not have any probs.If you tweak up your computer it might help. That is if you are comfortable with editing the registry. If so go to www.tweakxp.com , www.xptuneup.com , and http://www.winxptop.com/winxptop/default.asp .
