Spiderman choppy sound

Hi guyz,

 

I have a problem with Spiderman, i am getting choppy sound on the menus and in the game, the sound drops out constantly every 2 seconds, i cant even hear what Spiderman is saying.

 

My spiderman is v1.1 (the latest) and my specs are below
