_INS5576_MP.exe how do i fix this

hey I have bin trying to figure out ah problem with the instalation of Vampire tha Masquerade - redemtion.

I keep getting the error message _INS5576_MP.exe and of course it wont let me install:(

 

If anyone can help me out with this it would be great
