tessx 0 Posted August 21, 2002 It's me again (or for some) I would like to know if there is a way of "blocking" -can't find the right term- the users on a computer: like disable acces to some folders or my computer or just to the files of the other users... is it only with ntfs ?? DosFreak 2 Posted August 21, 2002 Only with NTFS can you assign permissions. A third-party program is required to limit access to files on a FAT partition. Share this post Link to post

Sandstorm 0 Posted August 21, 2002 You know you could easily convert your FAT32 partition to NTFS without losing any data. Share this post Link to post
