audio extraction form an MPEG

hello people, i was wondering if is there any application that allows me to extract ONLY the audio from a video with .avi, .mpeg, .mpg....extension

if any of you know a program like this one, please let me know.

TMPGEnc has a MPEG de-multiplexer built-in, and you can use VirtualDub to extract the audio from an AVI file.
