I am looking for a free/simple to use program to backup outlook pst files weekly.

Why not just use the built in backup utility? It has a scheduling feature... just point it to your .pst file and tell it to backup every saturday (or whatever)

 

programs->accessories->system tools->backup

This is from Microsoft and is an add-on for Outlook that schedules backups of your pst files.
