Security Tab missing in Windows explorer

After some system tweaking I seemed to have lost the security tab on file property sheets in windows explorer, can someone tell me how to get it back plz

"Simple File Sharing"

 

 

Don't ask me why....I do not know and MS likely doesn't either.
