Can't connect to FTP servers with a .NET server as gateway.

I have a server that runs .NET server RC1 and NAT setup on it. My client machines can connect to internet fine and browse websites but I can't connect to and ftp server via an ftp client. How do I enable this feature? On my Win2k server it all worked fine after installing DHCP and NAT but not on .NET server. I believe it has to do with the built-in firewall that ships with .NET server. But even if I try to disable the firewall it doesn't work. Help!
