Windows2k sp3 problem

im having a problem.

 

i need the "games compatibility update", microsoft says it is now intigrated in service pack 3.

i´ve downloaded the pack but there is no compatibilitytab at the properties

what did i wrong ???

You need to enable this feature simply go here the method for SP2 should work with SP3.
