EddiE314 0 Posted October 28, 2002 for those of you with the pirated corp editions, tweaktown.com has an sp1 install article, you might have to look around in the past articles to find it.h Share this post Link to post
Admiral LSD 0 Posted October 30, 2002 TechTVs information originally came from Steve Gibson. Therefore it is unreliable at best. I have XP SP1 installed and if MS say it's fixed I'll take their word for it over Steve Gibsons any day. Share this post Link to post
EddiE314 0 Posted October 30, 2002 for christ's sake, stop bashing Steve, the guy is smart as hell, the guy's a little jumpy, but thats about it, i saw a live demonstration on TechTV as well so i know that the bug existed and i know FOR A FACT that SP1 fixes it. I'm not trying to b1tch at you Admiral LSD, but this goes for everyone, look at Steve's life...now look at yours, see a difference? Unless you know him personally, don't bash him. also, a plug for Steve's site: http://www.grc.com Share this post Link to post
