During gameplay of WC3 my screen goes in stand by.

Reset is the only solution after this.

What can this be?

Try disabling power management.

Or try without overclocking. (wc3 aitn't such a heavy game that you should OC your pc to play it )

It seems to be solved.

I installed a refresh rate fix.
