jdulmage 0 Posted November 1, 2002 what is that fix to enable bass and treble options in Windows when it normally isn't available? It's called AC97 Tone Controls and there is a registry fix for it, but I can't remember where or how. Anyone? Share this post Link to post
adamvjackson 0 Posted November 1, 2002 A quick Google search turned this up: Open Windows registry by typing run regedit.exe and then choose Hkey_Local_machine/ System/ Current Control Set/ Services/ Class/ Media/ 0001/ config, then change "Allow Tone Controls for AC97" from 00 to 01 , save & re-boot. jdulmage 0 Posted November 1, 2002 that's all well and good, except that I don't have a "class" part in my registry Share this post Link to post
