r0ck0i 0 Posted December 26, 1999 i learned this in MCSE class F:\>convert /? Converts FAT volumes to NTFS. CONVERT volume /FS:NTFS [/V] volume Specifies the drive letter (followed by a colon), mount point, or volume name. /FS:NTFS Specifies that the volume to be converted to NTFS. /V Specifies that Convert should be run in verbose mode. Raze2k 0 Posted December 26, 1999 Quick question... Does that convert to NTFS or NTFS 5.0? Share this post Link to post
Zonly1 0 Posted December 26, 1999 good question. and what does verbose mean?? Share this post Link to post
ADX 0 Posted December 26, 1999 Verbose tells the command to output extra information while it's doing it's job. It's very common to see that on UNIX commands (usually -v). Share this post Link to post
