Problem installing Sidewinder Dual Strike in WIN2K

i have WIN2K with SP3 and if i try to install my joystick Sidewinder dual strike with Administrator profiles i always receive the message "you must have administrator right to install ..." !

I had seen this problem in other post but there is no solution , have you a solution to help me ?

are u logged onto a domain by chance?

u would need to log in local admin
