Anyone have a decent PCI capture card that is XP compatible?

I am looking for a video capture card that would work with WinXP. I want to make VCD's out of video from my camcorder. Thx

1 128 meg PC2100 DDR stick (samsung original)

Logitech Cordless mouse

Lexar 16 meg Smartmedia card unopened

24x internal cd-rom from a HP Omnibook 2000 (almost brand new)

MSI has a really nice model for under $79. It comes with remote and supports AVI, MPG, VCD, SVCD, MPEG4 etc. I love it.
