Presario 900 Driver Issue

I formatted WinXP Home Edition off of a Presario 906US notebook and installed Win2k Pro, but for some reason, it is not detecting the video card (ATI Radeon IGP 16mb) and I cannot seem to install the video card drivers from ATI, because it comes up with the error about hardware not being there. Any clues?

Is this a new laptop? You should probably install XP Pro, unless there is 2k drivers for all the new hardware, which is not always the case.
