EA F1 2002/Logitech Wheel/XP

;( EA F1 2002, which is listed as XP compatable, will not recognize the Logitech Formula Force wheel and pedals. It calibrates in Windows XP game controller window. Anyone been down this path?

is it USB or game port version of the wheel?

 

i know XP doe snot like gaem port controllers for some reason - or at least it seems with MS sidewinders and such - XP only seems to like USB devices.
