Is there a Direct 3D for voodoo2 in W2K?

I'm just wondering where could I get D3D for voodoo2 drive from window 2000 I search 3dfx.com, ntgamepalace.3dfiles.com, seldzar.dhs.org. And have no Luck if anyone know where i could find it plz let me know thank..
