problem with D3D

Hi

I have a problem with my geforce2 MX card, when I use DX Diagnostic tool (test D3D) it gives me an error message:

D3D test result: Failure at step 8 (Creating 3D Device): HRESULT =0x887602eb (error code)

and I also can't install 3DMark2001 SE, becase it me similar error: Could not create D3D Device.

 

so what can I do I have tried to install DX 8.1b again and tried different detonator drivers. my comp is: 1.4G AMD Thund, 512DDR, ASUS A7M266, ASUS V7100 Geforce2 MX, Win2K SP3 (5.00.2195) and DX 8.1 (4.08.01.0901)

no worries I got it to work just needed to install some miniport agp driver (or something like that)
