DirectX 3a needed

Can anyone tell me where I can get a copy of the DirectX 3a for NT 4.0.

All my searches have come up empty.

IIRC, DX3 comes with Service Pack 4+, DirectPlay 6 comes with SP6.

 

As far as I know there is no DX 3 for NT for seperate download.
