During installation i get the error message: Theme hospital requires at least windows 95 or Windows NT 4 or above. I'm using NT !!! But installation STOPS!!! Why ? In this site is reported to be winNT compatible... many thanks Share this post Link to post
DosFreak 2 Posted December 18, 2002 Don't have the game but do you have SP6a installed? Many programs in NT require SP3+ or even specific Service Pack Levels. Share this post Link to post

AdamHearn 0 Posted December 28, 2002 There was a (very) unofficial pack for DX5 on NT4... The files came from an early Windows NT5 (2000) beta - and NOT from Microsoft! You 'might' find it on the web (it was called dx5nt.zip) - use Google I'm amazed I remembered what the file was called! A LOT has changed (SP6x) since it was released so it may trash your system or simply not work anymore. On a more official line any reason you haven't upgrade to Win2K yet? Not sure if Theme Hospital works on it either but you'll be able to run other things! Best of luck! Share this post Link to post
RoadHazard 0 Posted January 25, 2003 Do you own the original disc or the pre-patched installer? (Prepatched game has a star as the logo instead of the medical +) I just recently played Theme Hospital again in Windows 2000 with the prepatched game and it works except for the occasional freeze which is fixed by Alt-Tabbing out and then back in...
