NT and MDAC update....

i run nt4/sp6a and my mdacs are way outdated....has anybody sucessfully updated these....i get scared anytime i have to update something major...any good or bad experiences will be appreciate....thanks

The last time I did was with MDAC 2.6, and it worked fine. I was using SP6a.
