Messed up textures in Need for speed 5 Please help

hello all, i just got Nfs prosche unleashed and i have windows 2000 sp2

my system stats are

 

1.1ghz p3 256 kb cache

256 sd ram

32 meg 4000xt 3d prophet

and my windows has Service pack 2 installed

 

so anyways.. i installed it and checked to see it worked.. after intro it just froze and loading screen, so i checked out the nfs 5 compatibility page on this site and many people said that to delete the gimme.dll and i did.. now that im inside the game i went to quick race, selected the car.. and clicked on race.. it loaded and then i saw, that my textures were messed up.. heres a screen shot

hmm, you playing it in direct3d or software rendering?

try to copy the 3d options from a newer ea games cd
